Unfortunately, current standards of care often overlook downward spirals unless an employee becomes symptomatic or dysfunctional. While existing programs promote wellness, they have little impact on your team's mental health. Generic solutions and apps for mental health support often fail because of their blanket nature of generic support...effective, proactive, preventative support is individualized, not generic.

- Generalized Education: Conduct short sessions focused on stress management, mental health awareness, and resilience-building strategies to build trust and connection and offer employees a better understanding of mental health.
- Scheduled Preventative Reach-Outs: Implement proactive check-ins with all team members to foster open communication and identify those who may benefit from additional immediate support.
- Individual Conversations: Offer both in-person and remote proactive discussions around mental health, allowing employees to share their experiences and concerns in a safe environment.
- On-Call Phone Availability: Give employees support in the event of stress, illness, or other challenges, providing immediate assistance and guidance to those in need.
- Wellness Program Integration: Collaborate with existing wellness initiatives within the company to create a comprehensive approach to mental health, ensuring that our efforts complement and enhance current wellness & benefit programs.
PRICING: Weekly dedicated support – primarily on site - $165 / Hour
It may take a couple of weeks for team members to develop some trust in the process; however, once people start to become aware about mental health, they realize that we are all a little disorderly at times. They are then happy to have some help moving towards a more functional version of themselves so they can live their best lives...and offer their best to the organization they are a part of.
Daily on-call remote support can be included. On call charge is $75 per day which allows employees to access phone support for any reason with manager sign-off for increased time. Although this is up to you, the employer, I will take emergency calls regardless of the on-call status.
